TextTitan.com is an honest company, we will not try to cheat you. The deal is, you give us money, we provide services. Plain and simple, no gimmicks.

CREDITS
Each credit purchased from TextTitan.com allows you to send 1 SMS message through Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 and the built in Outlook Mobile Service. Credits do not expire, and will remain active until they are consumed, or the account to which they are associated with is cancelled.

SPAM
TextTitan.com users will not send spam in any format using TextTitan.com or any of its services. Also, don't use TextTitan.com or its services to do anything unlawful or illegal. TextTitan.com will not send spam to its users. This includes all formats as well.

LAWSUITS
TextTitan.com doesn't have any money, so don't try to bring a lawsuit against us. Since SMS messaging is "best effort", we have no way of guaranteeing that your message makes it to its recipients. Even though your message will most likely make it to its intended recipients, please don't use TextTitan.com or any of its services for emergencies. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, which you have to do in order to use this website, you agree that TextTitan.com will not be held responsible for anything. TextTitan.com and its services are provided "as is".

EXTERNAL LINKS
TextTitan.com uses Paypal to process its credit cards. TextTitan.com does not store credit card information. Payment information made using Paypal, outside of the TextTitan.com website, is done so at the users own risk. Paypal is a good site, I just have to put this stuff in here.
